Spondylotic changes with marginal lippings found in the cervical spines Mild broad based disc bulge noted at c3/4 level with mild anterior thecal sac indentation. The right c3/4 intervertebral foremen is slightly narrowed by disc materials and marginal lippings. Mild broad based disc bulge noted c5/6 level with mild anterior thecal sac indentation.
