No significant encroachment of intervertebal foramina is found.
Cervical sinal cord is normal in signal and morphology.
No osseous destruction or prevertebrall soft tissue swelling is seen.
Comment: Mild cervical spondylosis without cord compression or significant encroachment of intervertebal foramina.
